My family has been Old Religion for 1200 years that know of, and until he spoke with me the day after his murder, I thought everyone spoke with spirits...He made it clear that everyone did NOT do that..Surprise! His request was that I do what I could to help him clear his name, and I have made every attempt to keep that promise. I'm fairly sure he made many efforts to contact young people to keep them from emulating what the mob ruled press claimed he had done. You are not alone in having benefitted from his wisdom and graciousness. Many of us have. He is as kind, accomodating and gentle a spirit as he was while in body. Our grove consists of most professional women, I have a masters in psych, and own/run an equine therapy center. I can often sense his presence when we are working with disabled children. I can tell you that there are very few legitimate priestesses of "a certain age" who have not had the pleasure of knowing this wonderful man, and being advised and assisted by him. We see him on Samhain and Beltaine, and Midsummer, and he seems to be quite happy now that he has found his way Home. I have not had a chance to read your book yet, but I will. You might consider doing a database of people who also know George in spirit... I would bet there are many, and we are all very blessed to be able to feel that breath of kindness blowing though a sometimes decidedly unkind world.
